Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in fundraising or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct development experience and exposure to solicitation and gift closure.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive development plans to raise funds and awareness.
• Manage a portfolio of 200–225 prospects with gifts ranging from $50k to $250k+.
• Cultivate donors to make annual, leadership, or major gifts and strive to raise $500k–$1M annually.
• Record activities, proposals, and plans in the donor database and collaborate across units.
