LCS Lifespan Corporate Services d/b/a Brown University Health seeks a Senior Major Gifts Officer to lead the principal gifts program and secure transformational philanthropic investments supporting Brown University Health's highest priorities.

Collaborating with executive leadership, physicians, volunteers, and major donors, you will advance enterprise fundraising opportunities and manage a portfolio of 50–75 prospects with an annual goal of $5M+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success securing seven-figure commitments.
• Exceptional strategic planning, executive presence, relationship management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for transformational philanthropic investments.
• Personally solicit and secure principal gifts.
• Coordinate complex donor strategies with leadership, physicians, volunteers, and multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned prospects and donors.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, portfolio actions, and plans within CRM system.
• Partner across fundraising and supporting services teams to advance top-tier donor strategies.
• Primary partner with university colleagues on joint prospect strategy, initiatives, and solicitation.
