Design and run the system and recurring reviews that keep all Executive Development work visible, scoped, and prioritized — including which design ideas are queued, committed, or parked, so the agenda is deliberate rather than reactive.* Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, Executive Development. Bring evidence, options, and a recommendation, and guide annual and quarterly planning.* Protect team and senior leader capacity. Sequence high-value design and delivery work, make overcommitment visible before it affects delivery, flag when timelines are at risk of collapsing, and escalate with ranked options rather than problems.* Own everything that happens before a cohort starts: curation and selection, the invitation list and cohort timing, the design cycle and its decision gates, and the faculty partnership — setting the experience standard the program is held to.
