Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or evaluating staff in a public education setting.
• Ability to design and lead professional learning for staff.
• Strong data use to evaluate outcomes and improve systems.
• Commitment to partnerships with families and community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Pupil Services to strengthen programs and services.
• Support students across the district with emphasis on special education.
• Supervise, coach, communicate with staff, families, and community partners.
• Lead professional learning and build staff capacity district-wide.
