Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Leader, Nutrition & Scientific Affairs to shape North America’s mindful snacking strategy.

You will lead a team of nutrition professionals (onsite and remote) and partner across regulatory, marketing, insights, and legal to translate science into credible, market-ready claims. The role demands 15+ years in nutrition and leadership within the food/beverage industry, plus a track record in policy advocacy, external engagement, and trade associations.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in nutrition and leadership positions in the food/beverage industry.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of US nutrition landscape with external network.
Extensive experience in Scientific Affairs, policy foresight and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and nutrition thought leadership for North America.
Promote science-backed nutrition messages with regulatory, marketing, and legal teams.
Lead internal nutrition education and external outreach programs.
Drive external engagement with trade associations and government affairs to shape advocacy strategy.
Represent Mondelēz in scientific organizations and policy forums.
Monitor regulatory and policy developments and translate into proactive strategies.
Direct NSC team (onsite and remote) and elevate its role within NA business.
