Mondelēz International seeks a visionary nutrition leader to spearhead mindfulness nutrition strategy for North America, guiding product renovations and external engagement. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in nutrition and leadership positions in or within the food/beverage industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of US food and nutrition landscape and established expert network.
• Extensive experience in Scientific Affairs, including regulatory compliance.
• Leadership in trade associations and external engagement.
• Policy advocacy experience with foresight-driven strategies.
• Experience representing company perspectives in trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and nutrition thought leadership for mindful snacking in NA, inspiring renovations.
• Collaborate with regulatory, scientific affairs, marketing, consumer insights, nutrition research, and legal to substantiate claims across media.
• Lead internal nutrition education programs and external outreach strategies for health professionals and conferences.
• Expand external engagement with scientific affairs, corporate affairs, and government affairs to guide policy advocacy.
• Direct NSC leadership team onsite and remote, elevating the role of nutrition strategy across NA business.
