Job summary

Frazier & Deeter seeks an accomplished leader to drive the growth of its Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice. You will develop client relationships, lead complex engagements, expand services, and mentor professionals while shaping the firm’s strategic growth in litigation and forensic accounting.

The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in marital dissolution, forensic accounting, business valuation, and dispute advisory services with a proven history of revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services.
• Proven success leading and growing a marital dissolution litigation support practice.
• Established network of attorney, family law, business litigation and referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice, focusing on revenue, market presence, and service expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, and referral sources to drive new business.
• Manage financial analyses in divorce matters, including balance sheets, income analyses, valuations, and support calculations.
• Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial prep.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to extend litigation and forensic services capabilities.
• Collaborate with Partners and leadership across Tax, Advisory, Wealth, and Family Office to deliver integrated solutions.
