Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking an accomplished leader to drive the growth of our Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice. This senior role is responsible for developing client relationships, leading complex engagements, expanding service offerings, mentoring professionals, and contributing to strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in marital dissolution litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, and dispute advisory services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• CPA is required.
• Advanced credentials such as ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, ASA, CFA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice, expanding revenue and market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, referral sources, and centers of influence.
• Manage financial analyses related to divorce, including marital balance sheets, income analyses, and business valuations.
• Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial preparation.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and expand service capabilities across related practice areas.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of litigation support, valuation, and forensic professionals.
• Review and approve reports and client deliverables to ensure technical excellence.
