Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking an accomplished, entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth of our Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice. You will develop client relationships, lead complex engagements, expand services, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic growth.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in marital dissolution, forensic accounting, business valuation, and advisory services with a proven revenue track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• CPA required.
• Advanced credentials such as ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, ASA, CFA, or equivalent highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing a marital dissolution litigation support practice.
• Significant experience serving as an expert witness and preparing expert reports.
• Established network of attorney, family law, business litigation, and referral relationships.
• Proven track record of business development, practice growth, and revenue generation.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing professional teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients, attorneys, judges, and juries.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice with a focus on revenue growth and market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, referral sources, and centers of influence to drive opportunities.
• Manage financial analyses for divorce and matrimonial matters including balance sheets, income analyses, and valuations.
• Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial preparation.
• Identify market opportunities and expand litigation and forensic services capabilities.
• Collaborate with Partners across Tax, Advisory, Wealth, and Family Office to provide integrated solutions.
• Lead engagement economics, resource planning, staffing, and profitability management.
• Mentor and develop a team of professionals in litigation support, valuation, and forensics.
• Review and approve reports and expert findings for quality and accuracy.
• Represent the firm at speaking engagements, professional events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Champion process improvements to enhance client service and scalability.
