Qualifications

• Oversee all phases of project and engagement management for multiple cases and projects.
• Mentor staff and develop the capabilities of junior and senior team members.
• Lead client management, practice development and strategic business development.

Responsibilities

• Determine strategic direction of the litigation practice, growth plans, and market focus.
• Manage engagements and workflow, assign projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform data- and document-intensive financial analysis, modeling, due diligence and valuation work.
• Serve as consultant to attorneys, assist in discovery and deposition preparation, and participate in court proceedings as necessary.
• Plan and oversee forensic accounting activities to investigate fraud or irregularities.
• Provide expert testimony and collaborate with leadership to address client issues.
• Review engagement profitability and analyze monthly billing for assigned engagements.
• Develop and deliver executive presentations and lead client and internal meetings.
