Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & BI to lead the design, engineering, operations, and roadmap for enterprise data supporting UD,X globally. You will align with Digital & Technology, NBCUniversal Ops & Tech, and stakeholders to ensure data needs are understood and met efficiently.

Responsibilities include guiding a team of data professionals, driving data architecture, governance, and analytics across divisions, and sharing best practices to enhance collaboration

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience managing data teams and projects.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and governance.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a team of data professionals; plan and maintain data systems.
• Collaborate with Data Architects/ Engineers to align solutions with business goals.
• Coordinate with business users; serve as point of contact for data questions.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders; communicate status and issues clearly.
• Define best practices in data engineering, analytics, and support.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
