Job summary

Starkey Laboratories, Inc. is looking for a Lead Electrical Design Analysis Manager based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role involves managing the electrical design analysis team while driving technical excellence and collaborating across product development stages.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 5 years of engineering experience, and a passion for mentoring and excellence in engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in a product development environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience in the hearing industry or medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent EDA Engineering in new product development.
• Lead electrical quality-of-service and hardware design functions.
• Manage and develop the EDA staff by establishing organizational strategy.
