Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years leading technical teams.
• 10+ years overall experience preferred.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience designing or overseeing enterprise-scale architectures.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and develop practical solutions.
• Experience supporting proposals, capture activities, or large procurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Engineering practices across data, platforms, automation, and application engineering.
• Define technology strategy and establish engineering standards and reusable architecture.
• Develop estimates, staffing models, and reusable assets; support RFI/RFP and oral proposals.
• Build high-performing teams and provide technical escalation handling delivery risks.
• Foster growth, mentoring, and career development within engineering groups.
