Job summary

Fairfax County Government's CSB seeks a senior leader to direct Developmental Disability Services and oversee Support Coordination teams, ensuring strategic planning, clinical oversight, and policy compliance for person-centered outcomes.

Work with the Service Director to implement initiatives, manage budgets, and engage with county and CSB committees to drive service excellence across programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in developmental disability services.
• Strong strategic planning and program development skills.
• Experience supervising professional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor, and supervise a team of Developmental Disability professionals.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen Support Coordination services.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects to improve services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while implementing new policies.
• Represent the agency on county, regional, state, and CSB committees.
