Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior manager for its Corporate Insurance and Risk Management function in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on risk financing, management of corporate insurance programs across Property, Casualty, Intl Casualty, D&O, Fidelity Bond, Marine, Cyber, and captive operations, with a leadership component over a team.

The position requires 15+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree a plus), and a strong track record in establishing long-term insurer

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and risk analysis experience.
• Experience with corporate insurance programs and risk financing.
• Knowledge of governance, policy, and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic development and execution of risk financing activities and insurance programs.
• Manage insurance claims, oversee TPAs, loss engineering and risk control.
• Provide risk management advisory to business units and senior risk managers.
