WHOOP is seeking a Senior Lead, Women's Apparel Innovation & Design to shape the future of premium technical performance apparel through innovative concepts and a distinct fashion point of view. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in women's apparel design with premium technical performance apparel or sportswear.
• Portfolio showing exceptional creativity, concept development and strong technical execution.
• Innovative mindset, able to push creative and technical boundaries.
• Deep technical expertise in garment fit, construction and performance fabrics.
• Proficiency in concept development, sketching, tech packs and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with factories to develop samples and refine fit.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and design language.
• Self-starter with excellent visual communication and storytelling.
• Commitment to integrating AI tools while maintaining high design quality.

• Develop forward-looking women's performance apparel concepts that push boundaries.
• Explore advanced textiles, silhouettes, and manufacturing methods for breakthroughs.
• Translate trends into differentiated product concepts for WHOOP Body.
