Qualifications

• Successful completion of a therapeutic radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (T) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and ensure SOP compliance.
• Mentor and supervise lower-grade TRTs in complex treatments.
• Independently deliver and oversee treatments on a linear accelerator.
• Train TRTs on the Record and Verify System and new equipment.
• Develop local policies and SOPs for the radiation therapy service.
• Lead quality improvement activities and departmental meetings.
• Facilitate chart rounds and clinical discussions.
