Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

We perform installations in a variety of environments including educational institutions, corporate campuses, and new construction sites.
As a Lead Installation Technician, you'll play a critical role in managing project teams and ensuring accurate, high-quality installations. Your responsibilities include:
Leading small to large project teams across multiple technologies
Interpreting blueprints and executing precise installations
Installing devices and equipment per detailed plans and equipment lists
Handling advanced terminations, soldering, and custom connector work
Managing rack builds and ensuring professional-grade cable management
Adapting to new systems and technologies while mentoring team members
3–5 years experience in A/V, security, access control, cameras, fire alarm, and/or networking
Proven leadership experience in the field
Familiarity with equipment lists and installation layouts
Competence in soldering, terminations, and cable organization
Experience building and dressing equipment racks
Eagerness to learn, lead, and earn industry certifications
Experience in a supervisory or military role
(CTS) Certified Technology Specialist
Ohio Fire Alarm & Equipment License
Access Control Certification
BICSI Certification

Enjoy a 40-hour work week, Monday through Thursday. Travel days typically begin early Monday with return by Thursday evening.
3-day weekends are standard,with additional opportunities for overtime.
