Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based ECE experience is required.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.
• Able to lift and move to support children safely (up to 40 pounds).

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets each child's needs.
• Coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
