KinderCare is seeking a Center Lead Teacher in Colorado to lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers; implement the curriculum; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents, support center goals around enrollment and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Competenze

• Exceptional customer service and strong organization; ability to multitask.
• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
