Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Systems Engineer on a complex development project involving hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Translate mission objectives into CONOPS for stakeholders.
• Strategically review designs across all development phases.
• Contribute to verification and validation plans/reviews to meet objectives.
• Provide status reports and risk assessments for multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project schedules for timely delivery.
• Assist in crafting executive milestone briefings.
• Communicate with customer and contractor stakeholders clearly.
