Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Integration Lead to join our team supporting complex IT and SIGINT solutions. You will lead cross-functional integration and engineering teams, drive plan migrations, and advocate for client mission success.

On-site work at customer locations, including Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, is expected. The role requires 14+ years in systems engineering with deep expertise in systems integration, IT architecture, and SIGINT solution design.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in systems integration, IT architecture, and SIGINT solution design.
• Experience supporting intelligence community (IC) or DoD programs, particularly ISR/C4ISR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and implementation of designs and architectures across multiple systems and platforms.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed system designs and integration specifications for IT and SIGINT solutions.
• Develop and maintain planning baselines, baselines, and migration plans to support program execution.
• Lead creation and management of integration schedules and roadmaps aligned with program objectives and client needs.
• Serve as authoritative client voice, ensuring solutions address business problems and mission requirements.
• Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to engineers and staff, setting objectives and accountability.
• Support ISR and C4ISR program clients with integration strategy and execution oversight.
