As a key member of the Enterprise Services organization, you will provide strategic leadership for the design, governance, security, scalability, and long-term evolution of the technologies that support our global business operations. In this role, you will define and influence enterprise-wide technology strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish roadmaps that align with business objectives and future growth. You will provide architectural leadership across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, identity and access management, Azure services, enterprise messaging platforms, and other critical business systems. As a recognized technical expert, you will lead platform modernization initiatives, cloud transformations, digital workplace programs, and infrastructure optimization efforts that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. You will serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical challenges impacting business-critical systems, leveraging your expertise to resolve operational, performance, integration, and security issues. Working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams, you will help shape enterprise architecture decisions, establish governance frameworks, and ensure technology investments deliver long-term value.
