Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks a Lead Stylist to deliver executive-level cuts and shaves while guiding a skilled grooming team. This role blends client service excellence with mentorship, brand-standard compliance, and ongoing professional growth.

You will mentor barbers, onboard new stylists, and uphold premium shop-floor professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves refreshed and highly satisfied in a luxury environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience as a licensed Stylist or Barber in a high-end salon or premium barbershop setting, with a proven track record of handling specialized men's grooming requests.
• Previous leadership experience as Lead Stylist, Salon Manager, or mentor is highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in scissor cuts, clipper fades, beard shaping, and straight-razor shaving.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with an approachable, collaborative, and people-first attitude.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including peak salon hours such as evenings and weekends.
