Job summary

You will guide an agile team, shape product design, and deliver high-impact software across multiple platforms.

You will design and implement production-grade code, mentor engineers, and advance cloud-native data pipelines and ML capabilities while aligning with firm security controls and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Formal training and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading technologists to solve complex items.
• Hands-on experience with system design, development, testing and ops.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peer work.
• Design and develop large-scale cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) aligned with security.
• Deploy cloud solutions to support analytics and operations.
• Migrate legacy/big data apps to cloud-native platforms with minimal downtime.
• Influence product design and technical operations decisions.
• Create tools to monitor, provision, and automate processes and reports.
• Contribute to engineering community and firmwide SDLC practices.
• Offer recommendations to improve user experience and operations.
