Job summary

TalentAlly in McLean, VA is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive a portfolio of real-time streaming pipelines for fraud detection and mentor a team of developers.

You will collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions, scale high-throughput systems, and guide best practices across distributed services, Kubernetes and microservices. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required; Master’s and people leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1 year of cloud computing
• Master's degree preferred; 9+ years experience and people management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to build high-throughput, real-time streaming pipelines for fraud detection.
