Job summary

You will provide technical guidance, lead AI-assisted engineering practices, and ensure code quality and delivery speed across multiple technologies while aligning with risk and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated leadership in using enterprise AI-assisted development tools (coding, code review, testing).
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business teams, contractors and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and conducts reviews.
• Drives AI-assisted practices for code reviews, refactoring, testing and release readiness.
