Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years experience.
• 10+ years hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading use of enterprise AI-assisted development tools with governance and quality checks.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, security, and resiliency.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight.
• Practical cloud native experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
