• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable validation standards

• Software development with Java and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Web, Spring Boot, Spring Security
• Use of relational databases, SQL and data integrity constraints
• Follow Agile methodology
