Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technologists to solve complex items.
• 10+ years building enterprise-grade software products.
• Proficient in Java/Spring and Python; REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and UI testing.
• Strong OO design and test-driven development with JUnit/Mockito.
• Secure coding: OAuth, TLS, Kerberos; monitoring tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka or AMQP and event-driven architectures.
• CI/CD with Git, Maven, Jenkins; SonarQube, Fortify usage.
• Leadership in enterprise environments; cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' work.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation.
• Improve automation and release readiness across SDLC toolchain.
