Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding teams, delivering high-quality code, influencing design decisions, and acting as a domain SME. Advanced cloud and AI tooling exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in relevant tech domains.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages and modern software practices.
• Strong cloud-native architecture experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.
• Ability to drive design decisions and influence product and process choices.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business and cross-functional teams.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' code.
• Drive product design decisions affecting functionality and operations.
• Serve as SME in one or more focus areas across the org.
