ARCHER is seeking a lead software engineer to drive the design, development, deployment, and production support of a firm-wide software dependency risk platform on AWS. You will build Java services, APIs, and data pipelines while guiding teams in responsible, AI-assisted development and secure coding practices.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, advanced Java skills, and strong platform engineering capabilities, with preference for AI/ML experience and regulated environments.

Qualifications

Requires at least five years of applied software engineering experience.
Advanced Java skills and hands-on experience delivering data-intensive systems with operational stability.
Practical AWS cloud-native experience and platform-building expertise.
