Job summary

Francison Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduler V (Lead Scheduler) to support the BuildLACCD PMO at the Los Angeles Community College District.

The role will lead schedule development, monitoring, and reporting across the program and supervise the construction schedulers. You will coordinate with cost, risk, design, and construction teams to align the schedule with contract requirements and milestones, performing TE analyses and ensuring schedule integrity through QA/QC and weekly

Qualifications

• 15+ years of capital construction scheduling experience.
• BS/BA in Architecture/Engineering/Business Admin/Construction Management; 4 years may substitute.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
• Knowledge of EVMS or similar process.
• Strong cost engineering, scheduling best practices, and schedule forensics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program wide schedule development, review, and reporting.
• Supervise construction project team schedulers.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk management, program management, design, and college construction teams.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and validate via reviews and site visits.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for compliance with standards.
• Perform schedule QA/QC including critical paths, activity relationships, and cost/resource loading.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise among contractors, designers, and program leadership on schedule issues.
• Develop and maintain complex resource and cost loaded program schedules.
