Job summary

CLMI Group in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Lead Scheduler (Scheduler V) to join the PMO on-site. You will manage program-wide schedules, align with cost, risk, and design teams, and drive progress across locations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of capital construction scheduling experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and advanced Primavera/EVMS/MS Office skills. PMP/PSP preferred for leadership and project oversight.

Qualifications

• 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with EVMS or similar business process.
• Knowledge of scheduling best practices and schedule forensics.
• Ability to coordinate across cost, risk, design, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Controls leadership with planning, development, monitoring, and control of program-wide project schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update baseline, master, and detailed schedules with scope, dependencies, resources, and costs.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk, PMO, design, and college construction teams to align schedule with program performance and milestones.
• Monitor and document construction progress against baselines; validate through reviews, field observations, and site visits.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for compliance with SOPs, baselines, and critical path methodology.
• Perform schedule QA/QC, including critical path reviews, calendars, float, and data integrity.
