Job summary

US Patriot Tactical in Texas is hiring a Senior Lead Retail Sales Associate for the US Patriot on base at Sheppard AFB. This full-time role leads store operations, delivers customer service, and drives sales.

You will supervise staff, train on products, manage schedules, stock, and POS procedures while ensuring safety and compliance in a military retail environment. Starting wage is $18.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem analysis and decision-making.
• Financial and quantitative analysis preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams to hit goals.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach others.
• Ability to move around all areas of the store daily.
• Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the US Patriot store and supervise all staff.
• Schedule employees considering requests for hours.
• Provide sales/product training, upsell/cross-sell, POS procedures, stocking, inventory.
• Ensure products are stocked, tagged, faced, and categorized; create a sales plan.
• Know gear and suggest related items to customers.
• Set sales goals and plans to meet store targets.
• HR: hiring and termination per company policy.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Communicate customer requests to District Manager and Planner.
• Receiving deliveries accurately and timely.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Complete administration/reporting accurately and on time.
• Model safety standards and report accidents promptly.
• Demonstrate good judgment and respect for colleagues and customers.
