ENERCON Services is seeking a Senior / Lead Radiological Controls Technician for a long-term contract in Piketon, Ohio. In this role, you will support radiation protection management, monitor radiological work areas, and mentor junior technicians.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, three years of operational health physics experience, and a current DOE clearance. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

We are recruiting experienced Senior / Lead Radiological Control Technicians to represent ENERCON at a customer site in Piketon, Ohio (Portsmouth) for a long‑term contract opportunity.
Under general supervision, the Senior / Lead RCT performs Radiation Protection Program core element job functions as assigned by supervision and management. Typical responsibilities include:
Radiological Control/Health Physics Technicians will have demonstrated a higher level of knowledge, skills, and experience than necessary to be a RCT. They will have a thorough working knowledge of radiation protection and be familiar with the basic principles of other safety disciplines. They will have the ability to train, direct, and supervise other technicians, implement procedural modifications, provide limited technical support, and conduct program or field audits.
