31st Union is seeking a Lead Producer to guide our production teams across concept, modelling, FX, and other disciplines. You will define project strategy, own delivery milestones, and hire or develop top production talent to meet growing needs.

The ideal candidate excels at long-term planning and hands-on execution, balancing strategy with day-to-day oversight, and driving team health, culture, and process improvements. This role offers onsite/hybrid collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Production Management & Delivery: act as the production lead for multiple areas and crafts, ensuring milestone deliveries from concept to completion.
• Schedule & Goal Creation: develop schedules and roadmaps and align objectives with project goals.
• Risk & Scope Mitigation: identify issues, make timely decisions, and manage feature/scope creep.
• Feature Ownership & Production Oversight: ensure producers own daily tasks and production standards.
• Issue Resolution: identify and resolve impediments quickly to avoid delays.
• Team Communication: broadcast updates to stakeholders and teams in a timely manner.
• People & Staff Management: mentor and develop direct reports and plan staffing with leadership.
• Process Optimization & Production Leadership: improve operations and establish pipeline improvements.
• Strategic Alignment: partner with studio leadership on long-term production strategy.
