Job summary

2K is seeking a Lead Producer to lead our production teams across content groups, guiding strategy, staffing, and delivery. You will drive milestone delivery, manage schedules, and own risk mitigation to ensure high-quality outputs on time.

You will partner with studio and discipline leaders to set objectives, improve processes, and build a healthy production culture. This role requires executive-level planning, mentorship, and strong communication skills in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned production leader with game industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple areas and crafts in a live game environment.
• Strong planning, risk management and team health focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as production lead for multiple areas and ensure milestone delivery.
• Plan schedules, roadmaps, and department updates aligned with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks and scope creep effectively.
• Oversee feature ownership and maintain Production Standard across groups.
• Facilitate rapid resolution of project impediments and maintain clear communication.
• Lead and mentor direct reports; partner with leadership on staffing and hiring.
