Qualifications

• 7+ years in telecommunications network engineering, operations, or data analytics.
• Experience with inventory data, governance, and reporting.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data pipelines.
• Ability to design dashboards and executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, validation, governance, and analysis for Fiber OLT, Metro, and transport datasets.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and reporting repositories.
• Profile data quality and design repeatable checks before reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Python/R visuals.
• Provide actionable insights to engineering, operations, and leadership.
