Forged Fiber is seeking a Senior Lead Network Engineer to govern production data and inventory across Fiber Access and Metro networks. You will ensure data accuracy, drive governance, and lead cross-functional data initiatives with NetBox, Optius, and Odin integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, network operations, inventory management, OSS platforms, or related technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection, validation, analysis, and governance of Fiber OLT, Metro, and transport network production datasets.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of production network data across platforms and reporting repositories.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports on network assets and service delivery.
• Analyze data trends, inventory utilization, deployment activities, and performance to identify issues.
• Provide actionable insights to engineering, operations, and leadership based on production data.
