Job summary

A leading company in the tech industry is looking for a mobile app testing expert to lead functional and automated testing efforts for mobile applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and mobile UI automation. They will work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality releases, utilizing Agile methodologies and best practices in software testing. Industry knowledge in the airline domain will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Selenium & Java/JavaScript.
• Experience in Mobile UI automation (SeeTest) and API automation (ReadyAPI, RestAssured) is essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments are required.

Seeking a mobile app testing expert with strong API automation skills, ideally with Agile experience. Responsibilities include functional and automation testing of mobile apps (iOS/Android) and APIs. Bonus points for mobile test automation experience and airline industry knowledge

Responsibilities

• Good hands-on experience and understanding on test automation frameworks.
• Work with the development team to test earlier into the software development process.
• Coordinates with development team in overseeing bug tracking, test prioritization, test automation, and release management.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Track and communicate test results in a timely, effective, and automated manner.
• Perform Mobile Apps testing (iOS & Android) and API Automation
• Experience on Onshore/Offshore model
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• Stay current with testing tools and methodologies to ensure optimal testing practices.
• Support customer requirements until noon CST time zone.

SKILLS

• Strong expertise in Selenium & Java/JavaScript.
• Good experience in Mobile UI automation (SeeTest).
• Proficiency in API automation (ReadyAPI, RestAssured) & Airline Domain knowledge is a plus.
