A leading company in the genetics industry is seeking a Senior Lead Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to drive the development of modeling platforms that enhance patient care. This role involves modernizing ML infrastructure, mentoring engineers, and ensuring robust and scalable systems to support clinical interpretations of genetic testing results.

We design and develop robust, quantitative, and scalable systems for variant interpretation and disease insights.
We have an opening on our team for a Senior Lead Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer. The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the development of our modeling platforms, which support the rapid prototyping, scalable deployment, and evaluation of diverse evidence models. These models in turn provide key support for patient care, such as clinical interpretation of genetic testing results, directly impacting hundreds of thousands of patients every year.

Pay Range: $140,000-200,000 annual salary
All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.
LBP / Equity Eligible Positions
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
