Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Java Developer to guide the technical strategy for clinical system applications within a healthcare-focused organization. The role entails hands-on coding, mentoring engineers, and leading multi-team delivery in an Agile environment.

This long-term W2 contract offers a mostly remote arrangement with 3 days per month onsite in Downtown Denver. C2C or H1B transfers are not supported.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience leading technical teams or driving platform architecture.
Experience with Google ADK and GCP cloud services (GKE, Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Datastore, Memorystore, Firestore).
Development experience with Java and Spring Boot; Angular is a plus.
