JPMorganChase's Cash Prime Technology team in New Jersey seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable market-leading technology products in a secure and stable environment.

You will drive technical solutions across multiple domains, contribute to AI-assisted engineering practices, and ensure quality through testing and code reviews while collaborating in an agile setup.

Formación

• Formal degree or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Strong core Java experience with understanding of collection framework, garbage collection, multi-threading.
• Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Database knowledge, Kafka, React JS, CI/CD, AWS cloud experience.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Ability to take on complex large scale problems and provide end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream/downstream systems and technical implications.
• Drive delivery of business value via change programs and projects within the technology group.
• Create automated unit tests using a Test Driven Development approach.
• Develop understanding of clearing and settlements within Cash Prime business.
• Partner with supporting tech leads to develop realistic project estimates.
• Analyze and build within Control, Stability, Resiliency, Capacity & Performance areas.
• Perform testing: Unit, SIT & UAT planning and management.
• Delivery of code into production with emphasis on reliability and post-implementation quality.
• Contribute to long-range goals and best practices, code reviews, and standardization.
• Promote adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and establish validation standards.
• Apply SDLC tools including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities.
