Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology - Network Services Group. The role spans software, applications, and process knowledge across multiple tech disciplines with a specialization to drive multi-technology programs.

You will lead and mentor engineers while implementing AI-enhanced infrastructure solutions, ensuring resiliency, security, and regulatory compliance across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of full stack network design and deployment experience.
• Proficiency in SD-WAN, SDN, and related networking technologies.
• Proficient in Python, Ansible or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with AI-enabled infrastructure tooling and governance.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge across multiple cloud providers.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations and ensure security/auditability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and systems to anticipate issues and mitigate risk.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and mitigation options.
• Architect and implement changes with other platforms to modernize technology stacks.
• Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives aligned with business requirements and compliance.
• Drive multiple complex programs and champion reuse-first AI adoption.
• Provide thought leadership within the product line and engineering teams.
• Ensure changes are validated, traceable, and meet resiliency and security standards.
• Advise junior engineers and contribute to team culture of inclusion.
