The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager who can architect and execute lead generation programs from the ground up. You’ll own multi-channel campaigns, optimize every lever of the funnel, and drive measurable pipeline growth in a fast-paced, high-impact startup.

What You'll Do :

  • Design & run multi-channel digital campaigns to supercharge pipeline growth.
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot mastery a must).
  • Own SEO strategy & manage paid channels (PPC, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Success to align marketing with revenue.
  • Support content marketing with targeted persona-driven initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of AI, automation, and demand gen best practices.
  • Continuously iterate, using A / B testing and analytics to reach customers most effectively.
  • Provide reports of marketing results to upper management regarding SQLs and MQLs.

What You’ll Bring (Required Experience) :

  • 3+ years in B2B lead generation & digital marketing (SaaS, AI, or tech startups).
  • 5+ years overall marketing experience in technology, ideally.
  • Proven success building lead gen programs from scratch tied to SQLs & pipeline.
  • Highly technical & data-driven with deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads, SEMRush, 6sense, NeverBounce.
  • Strong SEO, SEM, email, and multi-channel attribution skills.
  • Startup mindset: scrappy, experimental, thrives in ambiguity.
  • Bonus: understanding of cloud computing, databases, data engineering, or related tech fields.
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the US without future sponsorship.

COMPENSATION :

$120K - $160K base (depending on location and experience level) + Benefits

LOCATION : Fully remote – with ability to work core hours on PT with the team and leadership
