This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll actively code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires leading architecture and development using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of React.js experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and state management.
• Focus on performance, accessibility, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale web applications.
• Define frontend architecture and React best practices.
• Build responsive interfaces with React, TypeScript and modern tooling.
• Design and develop backend APIs for ordering, loyalty, POS and payments.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Support SDLC, CI/CD, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
