Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of React.js experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and state management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale web applications.

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Web Developer to architect, design, and deliver modern enterprise web applications for a fast-growing restaurant technology organization. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll actively code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale web applications using React, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Define frontend architecture and establish React best practices for scalability, accessibility, and performance.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Hooks, and component-driven architecture.
• Design and develop backend APIs for online ordering, loyalty, POS, menu management, customer accounts, and payment integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support the complete SDLC, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployments, and release management.
• Identify technical risks, manage technical debt, and provide stakeholder updates.
