Responsibilities

• Drive high‑leverage technical initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across engineering teams.
• Own architectural and technical decisions for cross‑team initiatives.
• Use data to justify investment and direction changes.
• Establish and evangelize engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leadership.
