Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for Front End who will drive modern web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Node. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and delivering cloud-based experiences for millions of customers.

Qualifications

Preferred: Master’s degree; 7+ years in JS/React/Angular/Node/TS/Java; 4+ years in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience; 2+ years in Agile practices; experience with AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities
